Returns & Refunds

At ShegotLashes™, we’re committed to creating products you’ll love. If for any reason your purchase isn’t the right fit, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Any complimentary gifts included with your order must also be returned unused. If they are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from your refund.
  • A $20 return processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used lashes
  • Adhesives
  • Sealers
  • Removers
  • Applicators, tweezers, or other tools
  • Any product that has been used or is not in its original condition

The following purchases are also final sale:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Custom orders
  • International orders

Sale items may be eligible for store credit only, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’re happy to help.

Please email support@shegotlashes.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Allergies & Product Sensitivities

Our formulas are carefully developed using high-quality ingredients and are free from common irritants such as formaldehyde. However, individual sensitivities can vary.

We encourage customers to review our ingredient list before purchasing.

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products based on allergic reactions or sensitivities.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@shegotlashes.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. After your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the $20 processing fee.

Additional Information

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • ShegotLashes™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
